        The condominium looked run down and in need of repairs. Not cleaned very well when we arrived. Found dirty sheets in the downstairs bedroom closet, a half of a dog biscuit on the fireplace mantle, glass stains all over the counters, dirty dishes in the cupboards, stains all over the carpet and it was 81 degrees inside.
