        Ive had pleasant experiences on the phone with the customer service representatives at Midwest Loan Services. They have all taken their time to help solve any concerns of mine. Im thankful for that. The last Midwest agent I spoke to was Danara Warwick.

        I made a mistake by paying a duplicate tax bill for my property despite the fact that I have an escrow account. Once Midwest learned of my case they made many attempts over multiple weeks to work with the municipality to get my refund and provided consistent follow up until the issue was resolved. Im very thankful to Donna P. and Tim K and their teams for their five star service!
