I was referred to this business by a good friend of mine. On Mar 30th, I placed a pretty straight forward order using their website. Days went by and i never received an update about my order. I reached out via phone to bring my situation to the store who informed me that the website they use is a 3rd party company that they work with, no biggie right? Well i still didnt get much information. I reached out to my bank and paypal to confirm that I indeed paid in full for my order. Somehow my order got cancelled and i paid for the order again. I received a refund for the initial payment but still havnt gotten any confirmation or word back regarding my order. I know that this review is subject to perspective but after reaching out via, email, phone and still no one has the courtesy to help me, im just fed up. Do not order from this place online if you can avoid it. I imagine the store experience is better but this has been horrific trying to even figure out if ill ever get my order. Not good business in my opinion.
