SCAM. DO NOT BOOK. Con artist. Scammer. Do not book here. Reserved on Airbnb and couldnt believe how shady the place was when we got there. Made us stand in the rain for 15 minutes before letting us in. Asked for a deposit outside of the app which youre not supposed to do. Wouldnt let us in the room wed already paid for without a copy of our credit card which weve froze and will be ordering another. Sticks his fingers in your face and screams very loud when speaking to you. Very rude. Room was horrendous. The owner Erik is truly a hospitality nightmare. Youre in the wrong business brother. Left the moment we saw the place from the inside. Out of my 500 I paid for a few days I received 250 back. Spent no more than 20 minutes in there before leaving.

I booked this property on TripAdvisor without having read reviews. Many reviews mention Erik being a scammer & charging extra on credit cards. I (thankfully) havent personally experienced this but will update my review if that changes. Pros + close to downtown and lots of nearby food options + reasonable price + clean rooms + felt safe; was given a personalized code to get into the building Cons - waited 30 minutes to be checked in despite arriving after check in (owner doesnt stay at the property so we had to await his arrival) - was told I had to keep the temperature at 72 because the thermostat affected other rooms - hotel not clearly marked from the outside

WORST ever experience!! The HOST Eric is a Con man he literally loots people! PLEASE BEWARE, he just looking for some reason to kick you out and doesnt even return the deposit and the money. First he didnt let us book from Air BnB and asked us to pay in cash. And then randomly barges into the room saying youre out! Thank God my husband didnt fall for his random statements and we stayed but then in the end he told that the deposit will be returned in a day or 2, so when we called he said shut up I dont owe you anything Also on air bnb it says that the apt has amenities but NO WE DIDNT have any pots or pans just 2 plates and a bowl had to get everything since we had a stay for a month. The laundry IS ALWAYS LOCKED!! you cant do anything but wait for him to come and open it up and well he NEVER comes to the building except when he has to check someone in.

Came home with bedbugs had to get whole house terminated when I called to complain the guy to me to Go F Myself and stay somewhere else I didnt even ask for a refund I was just making him aware. My cases went from my house, into the car, into the hotel, and back into the car and home. The only time it was open was in the room and I woke up with red bumps all over.
