I saw an item I wanted listed on the FB marketplace. So I drove an hour to be there when the first opened. What I wanted wasn't available. I obviously was disappointed. However, I did have a bunch of questions about products in stock and upcoming product availability. So I appreciated the straightforward answers.

I bought phone from this store and I literally returned it the next day because it keeps turning off by it self so I told him I wanna return it but he refused to return it , I also ask him if I can switch it to different phone he also refused, I dont recommend yall going there I promise you you will regret it

First, peace be upon you. Of course, I took a phone from this store and we agreed on the price. We also agreed that I have a 30-day warranty. I returned it the second day to change it for a second phone. He refused to give me the money and refused to exchange it for me. Frankly, it is impossible for me to take anything from him again, and his treatment of customers is very bad. I advise anyone not to go and come back regretting that they went to this store.
