I cannot rave enough about the professionalism and efficacy of this companies expertise. My grandparents had the horrifying ordeal of a bed bug infestation, and Ray and Damon came to the rescue. With their expert knowledge and calm demeanor, they were able to offer financial advice and get everyone on board with the big job of the extermination. During the inspection, Ray allowed me to follow along up close to show me all of the life stages of the bugs and where they were hiding. They explained in thorough detail, every step of the extermination and answered the endless amount of questions we had. They are so friendly and personal while remaining professional, and this brought us so much peace of mind. They take pride in the work they deliver, as they should, because they do an astounding job. I will continue to recommend them to anyone that has a pest issue!
