Beaumont Family Medicine - Grosse Pointe

First I would like to thank them for their service and sacrifice to help. I believe their office lacks the proper time management, and wait times are extremely long even with an appointment. Ive experienced over a hour wait to see a resident that wasnt prepared. Im disappointed.

I had a very bad experience with Np Corie P. I wouldn't recommend a loved one to her. Bedside manner is very rude, passive-aggressive, demeaning and dismissive.

I have been seeing doctors at this office for 8 years, the delivered two of my children and helped me through two high risk pregnancies. However, I will no longer be able to take my children to see their doctors. Ever since they moved locations it has gone down hill drastically. You can no longer get any same day appointments. Its impossible to get your sick children in to be seen. Not to mention they bill you for a hospital visit when coming in for anything due to the offices new location. Its a scam that I cant take my daughter to see her doctor for reoccurring ear infections without having to pay an high hospital fee. The whole thing is a scam and its unfortunate because there is several really great doctors and staff.

Ive been a patient of BFM for years and love the new location! Dr. Rama and staff are caring, professional and Ive always had a positive experience. Thank you BFM for your quality care!
