My daughter just had the best haircut experience of her life. Angela was great at making her feel comfortable and welcome! To quote her Angela is amazing at cutting my hair! Am I pretty or am I pretty? There is no other option

I haven't left a bad review before and I wasn't going to, but I've been regretting my visit. I was in town visiting my boyfriend and figured I'd get my lashes done around there instead of at home. The woman who did them was great and so was the overall experience. The outcome was my issue. I asked for a more natural look at they seemed bigger than my regular lash extensions and there was a bit of visible glue and wonky lashes. It is impossible to get them into a place that looks good. I wish I would have gone to my regular lash artist or not have gone here at all. I have been attempting to remove them with multiple products but they won't come off. I am attaching a photo of the day I got them done. It has been a few days of attempting to get them off and they won't budge. I feel sad that I spent so much money and didn't get what I expected. Great staff, but not worth the outcome. EDIT: Added a star for the excellent customer service and refund I received. I will not return, but I appreciated their efforts. Service: Eyelash extensions

New to the area and I had to find a new salon and stylist. This is never an easy task, trusting a complete stranger with your appearance. To be honest, I don't like going to the salon. It's a necessary evil for personal maintenance. Other salons have left me feeling overstimulated, judged and sore. But, at Bloom, from the time someone answers the phone to the second you walk out the door, you are treated like a friend. Receptionist Ava is welcoming and friendly. Susan is warm, knowledgeable and personable. Angela, who colored, cut, and treated my hair, is a shining star. I showed her a photo of how I wanted my hair and she provided options on how to achieve it. And achieve it she did! But moreover, she turned a usually unpleasant experience into a peaceful, fulfilling experience that felt like catching up with an old friend while getting your hair done. I left feeling not only brighter and prettier, but welcome and understood. Invaluable. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BLOOM!
