Incredibly impressed with Dr. Kotsis. He was so kind with a fabulous bedside manner. He was very thorough. He went above and beyond to address any concerns. He made it very clear that he truly cares. Highly recommend him!!

Ive been a patient of Dr. Kotsis for almost 10 years (May 2025) and I cannot say enough about the attention to detail that he places into my health care. His office staff at the GP location may at times be a (wee) bit slower than when he was at the Ren Cen but I understand that theyre managing many more patients for many other physicians at this office - they still go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Ive never waited more than 5 minutes to be seen and my messages and calls to him or his office never take more than 12 hours for a response - that is a level of healthcare that unfortunately not many offices can provide. Having have worked for a physician in my past, I know how overwhelming family medicine can be - Dr. Kotsis and his staffs ability to coordinate care, provide patient education, and help manage chronic health conditions is superior. I believe his MA is Erin and shes pretty great, too!

Absolutely terrible. Ive been calling for weeks to get an appointment scheduled and all they do is put me on hold. I was left on hold for 30min today and no matter how many times I called I get no answer. Definitely need a new desk receptionist.
