Some of the most recent work I had done by Dr. Chris has failed and will have to be redone by a different dentist.
Before undertaking any work, it is a dentists's duty to thoroughly discuss the details, risks, pros and cons of any proposed treatment plan. Dr. Chris was once an excellent dentist, but he no longer seems to be as engaged and thorough.
As a result I have lost the structure of at least two fragile, but still perfectly good teeth. I also have no idea of the state of my teeth under the remaining crowns that he did. It will cost me a lot of money to fix this, and there has been no response to my request that he make things right. I began to notice that he was not as attentive a couple of years ago, but I kept the faith. The first sign with the most recent work was when his lab delivered totally different work than we had agreed upon, and that he had done in the past. What should have taken a few weeks took several months. Something is clearly amiss.

Staff always super pleasant and ALWAYS have your needs as a patient as the first priority. Anxiety and pain I can speak from experience they take good care of you and LISTEN. Love em!

Dr. Chris is the best and does excellent work but you just have to watch your bill with Kim for additional charges and she can be very condescending and rude.
