Blake properties cares about their tenants and is fast to respond to any maintenance requests and problems. All of the st. Clair shores locations are nice and kept up and they are good about selecting tenants. All of my neighbors were friendly and stayed long term. 5/5 would recommend

I rented with Blake properties for over a year. Solid, affordable apartment. Management was really nice and friendly. They handled issues promptly. If I need another apartment down the road, Ill see if they have any apartments that fit my needs.

Renters beware! No smoking means they will allow smokers . mgmt .is pathetic. Doin't trust Mary. Stay away from all Blake Properties! Property is filthy and not kept up .Do yourself a favor, do your homework and find a place thats up to basic standards.Find a place that doesnt smell or the basement isnt full of filth.
