The original contractor I was working with on a bathroom remodel wasnt working out so I reached out to Brosnan and they promptly gave me an estimate. They installed a large cast iron tub into a really tight space without any pushback (the previous contractor was adamant that it wasnt possible to fit the tub into the space). The bathroom turned out beautifully, couldnt be happier with the end result.

Called to set up an appointment for an estimate and once the guy heard my location it was 'I'll call you back' and never did.

Brosnan did a great job finishing our basement and adding a full bath. Jim was responsive and always willing to talk through different options. The team had a great attitude, worked efficiently with minimal disruption to our lives, and even finished ahead of schedule.

Jim and his team were great. They showed up ready to work, cleaned up every night and were diligent with their schedule. We appreciated that they worked with us for design solutions within our old home. We ended up reconfiguring our bathroom which resulted in better space utilization. We cant believe this is the same bathroom! My husband and I would definitely use this team on future projects.
