Sorry to say, I was 3 minutes late as I pulled in the driveway for the quote appointment. I found Anthony's business card in the mailbox. He was gone already. When I called, one minute later, he said he couldn't wait since he had other appointments to get to...in the same time slot as I had? He sounded completely uninterested in my business. Glad I found out how this company operates sooner than later.

I was recently located to the Southeast Michigan area from New York and I unknowingly purchased a home that needed basement waterproofing.
I reached out to Anthony at Bayshore and he called me back within an hour to schedule an appointment. Within the week he came out to my house and gave me a quote.
I liked the fact that Bayshore is a family owned business and it certainly shows by the way they care about their work/customers. It has since been a year and I still have not had any leakage or signs of water in my basement. The workers were always friendly and respectful and left their work area much cleaner than I even expected it to be.
I'm very happy with their work and would recommend them to any homeowners looking for waterproofing or concrete work. They certainly saved me a ton of money, and for that I am grateful.
