Every last Wednesday of the month is $5.30 bag day in a giant room known as the clearance room. Just fill up a Trader Joe's shopping bag for $5.30 and you can have as many bags as you like. The clearance room has Women's and Men's tops, jeans, pants, formal evening dresses, casual dresses, coats, accessories and a large variety of housewares. And there's a variety of theme rooms with still good prices at the Grosse Pointe Unitarian resale shop. Each room showcases a different theme like the Men's room, Fine China and jewellery, Winter Coats, Designer and evening wear, shoes and handbags, textiles like books, fabric and craft supplies and so much more. A hidden gem in the Grosse Pointes and diffently worth a visit to see and shop.
