Grosse Pointe Park Public Safety Buildings

These cops cant figure out whos bashing in windows on cars or doing a drive-by on Mack, but will lock you up for parking tickets you know nothing about. Pathetic theyll stop you while youre just walking and demand ID for no reason, but cant figure out actually crimes in our City, what a joke. On top of that who is writing tickets at 4am when my car was parked in front of my house? These guys really have got to get their priorities straight, because I and many others are leaving this city. Didnt have any issues like this anywhere else.

Three days after my birthday which was on a weekend I received a ticket for unregistered vehicle while my car was parked in front of the house. I kind of assumed I would had until the end of the week at least. I hope the police haven' turned on the quota machine to shore up budgets. Maybe instead of spending their time looking for parked cars with 3 day old exp tabs they could stop the people racing down Mack Ave at all hours of night. Very disappointed, well deserved low rating and moving forward will not voting to increase the millage of any kind
