This review is truly from the heart Hiring a specialized attorney is financially and emotionally draining. Also, very intimidating Ill add. Over the years, I have experienced different attorneys in my custody case, none of which were nearly as empathetic, skilled or effective as Trish. Shes professional, and speaks to you as if youre on the same level. (Not always my experience) Many parents have experienced an unjust judge on an ego trip who knows nothing about best interests then makes snap judgements. Dealing with those judges can feel hopeless, but Trish is your knight in shining armor. Im thankful to have been referred to her. Her reputation precedes her I didnt even know what an appellate attorney was until a few months ago. She not only only achieved my goal QUICKLY, But she refunded what she did not use of my deposit. Shes a good woman. The bottom line is, She came highly recommended and now I know why. Attorneys are expensive, but she worth it. Thank you Trish

Thanks to Trish Haas, all the amazing women at Haas Prokopec for their continued dedication, perseverance and We dont Give Up! attitude. Trish is super intelligent, knows the law like the back of her hand, and is not afraid to fight for her client's rights in Michigan Family Courts. Trish worked tirelessly on my case and brought us to victory in the Supreme Court! Her and the wonderful ladies that support her at the firm believed in me and FOUGHT HARD for me, my kids, and justice under the laws that protect Michigan families against morally bankrupt judges. And not only did I win, my kids also won their rights back too! If you are in need of legal representation in the Michigan family law system, she is the attorney you need in your corner.

This is an amazing law firm! Trish Hass doesnt back down from a difficult case. She has been excellent in proving my narcissistic ex was lying, which has helped keep my children and I safe. With out her we would still be trapped and abused. She helped give my children and I a better life and continues to help me keep my kids safe. She knows the law and abides by it, there is no better person to trust with your case.

My custody case was a nightmare at first. Filed without an attorney and got a temporary order by myself. Hired another law firm that was absolutely horrible! Decided to fire my attorney and retain Trish Haas after a year of no progress but major fees. Trish gave me amazing advice right away utilizing Friend of the Court services to help save me attorney fees and resolved my case very quickly. After unfortunately having worked with wrong attorneys in the past. I strongly recommend using this Law Firm they can save you lots of time and money!
