The customer service today was appalling, one of the Ahee twins was very rude and arrogant. I took a diamond ring that was purchased there years ago to be sized larger. I was not happy when I picked it up it was too tight. It was suggested that “I wear it for awhile because ring sizes change”, I wore it for several months and my ring size stayed the same. The ring was visibly thinned out after the sizing and eventually the band split. When I returned the ring there were many reasons why it could have split. When I challenged them, I was insulted by being told “I could take it somewhere else!” Perhaps they should have recommended that I go somewhere else when I purchased it or when I came in to have it sized, the end result was a thinner and tight gold band. I thought of Ahee as a class establishment, but this encounter has truly changed my views. I never thought I would see Ahee as a 2 star business, but this lack of accountability and rudeness speaks volumes. I am outdone!

Very high quality jewellery. The engagement rings are robust and possibly last lifetime. Very good prices as well for the quality
