Very nice and convenient in the neighborhood. I wished they had more items as the other Krogers nearby. I like to get everything at one store. I do enjoy this location for the most part, I have been going to this Kroger location for many years and everyone who works there is approachable and friendly as well as the patrons who live in the area.

This is a review specifically about Jeffrey and his handling of digital coupons. I experienced a very low level of customer service and problem resolution. 1) He has a very accusatory tone stating multiple times that me the customer must be doing something wrong. This is unacceptable behavior. 2) He grabbed my phone to show me how to do it, after I had told him I had tried multiple times myself and their app was not working correctly. He was unable to get the app to work correctly either because it was an issue with the app or your systems. 3) He did give me the discount but, he continued to insist that he was doing me a favor and that he would not assist me in the future, and that it was my problem. He did not in the least acknowledge the problem with the Kroger app. Both him and I tried unsuccessfully to use the e-coupon. The the e-coupon did not work. He then asked if I used the coupon before and then accused me of lying, by saying that I must have used the coupon and that is why it is not working. This was a very poor level of customer service.
