Don't let them put an offer in on your home. Brian will waste your time and ask for every concession known to man. He strung out an offer for over almost 2 weeks, made an offer for 15k below asking, then pulled the offer 2 days later. You're better off holding out for an agent that isn't going to waste your time that you can't get back. Thanks Brian, have the day you deserve!

I went to seeJame Perry several weeks ago, as he was the listed agent for some commercial office space in downtown Greenville. Upon meeting, I gave Jame my business card and explained to him the nature of the business. It took several weeks to negotiate a deal for said space ('tis the times of dealing with Covid-19...I was patient, np). Finally, we had a deal in principle and we're on our way to signing a lease. One of the lease conditions were owner needs to approve all signage. In an effort to same time, I asked Jame to copy the same business card I have given him on day one so that the owner could approve the DESIGN I will be using. 24hrs later, after not hearing back from Jame, I inquired. Jame's response was that the owner was not okay with the NAME of our business. LOL! So, now weeks have gone by (I also made it clear from day one that I was pressed for time. I understood the logistics of it all though and was quite patient. I reiterated though, on several occasions that I needed a space ASAP) and we are at impasse because to accept the lease, I'd have to change name of my business. This could have been addressed weeks ago! Weeks of wasted time that could have SO EASILY been avoided! It's malpractice, in my opinion. This is my first time dealing with Clarity and I can say it'll be my last. Unfortunately I've spent several weeks and lost good deal of revenue learning that lesson!
