        Was in the market for a new snow blower and Tom answered my call. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Upon arriving to check out the unit, he was even more helpful and very friendly. He helped me out in multiple ways and I'm very grateful to have had the pleasure to work with him and this shop. They were very accommodating and Nelson's will now always be my go-to store for similar purchases. Thank you!

        I took my side by side in to add turn signals and check things over as I just bought it. You get a day to drop off and a start looking at it in that week. When I got it back, I have now had to redo everything they did and then some. They messed up wiring, put my fuel tank back together wrong and so much more. When I called then it would be a month to get it fixed. Parts guys are helpful but will never get service there again. I did it to save me time and it has cost me tons more time and money.

        Danny was great to work with, from our initial conversation he went above and beyond to find what we needed. Paperwork and sale was very smooth with Don. Drove all the way from Battle Creek and will make the drive again if we ever need anything for outdoors.
