Cherry Health – Montcalm Area Health Center: Dental

I have been going here for 4 years and every time I call to make an appointment they never pick up their phone and when I leave a message they don't call back for 2 or 3 days

I went to Cherry Dental for dentures at the recommendation of my best friend who had a very positive experience with his dentures. The staff was very pleasant and extremely helpful. Their sliding scale made dentures affordable, even on my fixed income. Dr Knape was outstanding. He explained each step of the process so there were no surprises. When the dentures were delivered, they fit PERFECT. I did not require any adjustments. I have been beyond pleased with my experience at Cherry Dental and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Don't go here. Rude staff and dentists who will butcher you. Used to be legit and would help now it's a nightmare.

Very RUDE service! I guess after waiting over 35 mins for my 8:00 am time slot I was supposed to be happy. I should say 25 mins. I was 10 mins early. When she finally called my name, l asked if she was ready. She snapped at me No I'm not really! That's when I should have walked out. But I waited so long just to get in. She continues and says I'm just following your attitude. I'm sick and throwing up! (Second time I should have walked out!). I asked why didn't you call in sick? Still yelling "I did! They said I had to come in cause I was the only one here! (So rude!) And no she was not following my attitude, she was pissed at her company and taking it out on me. I get to get in the chair and I had a heavy coat on. I said I'm so cold is it ok if I keep my coat on? Very rudely she says. I don't care what you do! Again I should have walked out! I won't have that problem again! Cause I'll never walk back in! Teeth cleaning was completely done in less than 20 mins. Wait time, over 35 mins. I told her I hope she was feeling better and that her day goes better. She answered but mumbled and couldn't make out what she was saying. The next time she calls in, tell her to stay home!

I have been a patient here for almost 10 years!!! I have NEVER EVER EVER experienced ANY rudeness from any of the staff!!! You people need to find something legit to complain about, just saying Thank you Cherry Health staff!!!!!!!!
