My boyfriend and I are first time renters , and could not have been more happy with how quickly the management in the office us in , Robin was so nice and helpful with getting us set up asap !

Ive been here going on 4 years and have no complaints other than interactions with office staff prior to the change. Since the change in management, I have zero complaints. Maintenance, the little Ive needed them, is always pleasant and quick to resolve any issues. So glad they have set up a way to pay online as well! I love it here.

I moved into this apartment having high hopes since my roommate had lived with her mom here for years. The entire time we were there, it was very difficult to contact anyone in the office or maintenance for any issues we had. Even the meeting to sign the least started awfully as the woman had not finished writing our lease and didnt show up until TWO HOURS after our scheduled time, carrying McDonalds and walking her dog in with her. Normally, I dont write reviews unless I have either very exceptional service or very awful service, and this was definitely the latter. My roommate and I moved out in June and we are still waiting on half our deposit to be returned to us in SEPTEMBER. I have several emails confirming their error in our returned deposit and have emailed back several times to find out why the check hasnt arrived and havent received an answer. Im highly disappointed in this company. I would not recommend anyone renting from them as there were so many issues that were never addressed and its extremely difficult to contact them about any issue at all, wether a current tenant or past. From start to finish this company has dropped the ball every step of the way.

I have been renting here for over 10 years now. The staff at the office were excellent when I moved in then it went downhill. Danielle and the other girls who are currently there are wonderful. They are changing this place for the better, and making much needed improvements. They are also KIND and listen to our concerns as paying tenants.
