        Had a great experience when Amy (theres two Amys, and shes the older, brunette one), went above and beyond to help me with a credit card error. It was a busy, stressful day, and there was a line. Amy never got frustrated, but stayed cool and sweet, even tho it took about 20 mins and some phone calls to clear the error. Excellent customer service! Also had a good experience with a male employee who patiently wrangled up the *exact* chicks I wanted out of the bins. Unfortunately I forgot his name, but I appreciate the patient people here! I also appreciate that they feed their chicks higher quality feed, and had a rarer breed that I had been looking for for a long time.
