        It was the cleanest place I ever stayed. Everything we needed was there. I don't understand these weird, negative reviews. We read the website and followed the rules -- and they weren't anything extraordinary -- just be quiet and respectful of others and no pets. No problem! Cheryl Pappas was very welcoming and helpful to us. We stayed for 4 days, and it was the perfect respite for us after all the covid craziness of the past couple of years. We needed time together, and we got it. Not one person ever bothered us or interrupted our peace and quiet. Going to sleep to the sounds of Lake Huron hitting the shore was FABULOUS. Thank you Pappas'!!!

        Rooms were straight from the 80s the shower was 3.5' x 3.5'. My sister came in the morning and showered and the owner let himself in the room to yell at us that were violating the rules. I'm still confused on how he knew she was showering... Last minute maybe. I wouldn't if I could warn you
