Furnace stopped working,late evening.called and within a short time,a very nice gentleman named Ken showed up.We have heat again !

Came to my cabin late on a Friday night to a broken thermostat. Bob and Evan came within an hour of my call and fixed the problem quickly. Very nice people, highly recommend!

I was not disappointed in this company the first few times I've used them for repairs on my refrigerator. No problem. I contacted DTE on September 12th i asked for hometown they came out looked at my refrigerator the part needed to be ordered. I had another issue that came up on my refrigerator at the same time I called DTE again and hometown called me back. I talk to him told him the problem said he would look into it and order the part I agreed to 1 return visit to replace both parts. I have not heard from them since. Since I have called DTE 4 times to ask what is going on since they never return my phone calls. DTE has called twice and they do not answer DTE's call or mine. Have never returned a message from anybody. DTE has excelated this call due to hometown lack of response. I would not recommend them at all!!!! Service: Refrigerator/freezer repair
