        Bad business practices I will definitely be making a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and other resources the guy that works in the front is completely rude unprofessional an untrustworthy the guys that work in the back are great people I would say the same thing about the owner but if you allow customers to receive this type of treatment you are just like the employee that you hired. Please know if the guy in the front is not feeling in the best mood you're going to find out about it or your things might not be worked on.

      Angelo, Thank you for expressing your concerns. When you called we shared with you that we have a service call fee, as well as an hourly rate. We can only assume you contacted other service providers who shared the same infomation with you as we are all about the same here in town. It would have been a lot less costly to have driven your vehicle into our lot and by your explaination was only 10 minutes away. You could have been here in a few minutes. Most people do not understand the effort that goes into providing roadside service....1st we have to get our service truck out of storage, load on some supplies, take one of our employees off a job they are working on here, drive to your location, do the fix, and then return back here and reverse all of the above.

      We understand that you feel slighted for us not being able to service your needs. Please understand our side of this....when you disputed your bill from a year ago and refuse to have your credit card company contact us to verify your claim that you were "hacked" then as our standard practice for those customers who have disputed a payment or cancelled a credit card charge is to refuse future service. So what you are feeling is simply our way of saying we appreciate you patronage in the past, and we hope you find the service you need elsewhere
