horrible communication from Gage. got a car from there and took it back for a malfunction in the car and they sold it to someone else while it was actively on my insurance without any notices. I had personal belongings in the car and was told that what ever was left in the car can be picked up at the dealership and When i went to pick up my things they said they didnt have it. the car was sold and i still dont have my belongings. i messaged about the belongs and about how bad the communication is and still havent gotten a response. also got added to a friends car loan without any notice because i had good credit and the friend had no credit. didnt find out i was on there loan until my friend told me and i had to go sign papers

Straight up sold me a car with an infestation of bed bugs inside the driver seat. That's worse than an inoperable car. For $13,300 plus my trade-in. A BBB complaint has at least gotten them to engage with me on the matter. Still, a lack of accountability for an issue like this is utterly unacceptable, and should serve as a warning to any prospective buyer.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!!! Mike and Kurt will lie right to your face about a car being safe and reliable. Well it hasn't even been a month. I haven't even made the first payment yet. I was quoted 3500 to fix a bunch of issues with the rear suspension. They claim it was just a rubber bushing that needed to be oiled. They are very good liars and are extremely comfortable with lying right to your face. I saved for 7 months to put 6 grand down on this car. Now I found out that it's not even safe to have my kids in. Please do not let them scam you the way they scamed me. I even took it to the shop They claimed would do the work for cheaper. They quoted me five hundred dollars more. I am so upset and stressed because I have no idea what I'm going to do now. And when I told them about it they just treated me horrible and was completely different people. They went from very sweet and nice people to sinister it's your problem now vibe. Made sure they reminded me that I bought it as is. And sent me on my way
