Costco Tire Service Center

Have had countless bad experiences with this tire center. I will never get tires at Costco again. I shouldve trusted my gut and went to discount tire like we always go.

PLEASE never take your vehicle to get wheels or tires switched here. Ive had it on multiple occasions where I would get my car back and a lug post would be damaged, to the point where it would need to be replaced. This most recent time, a technician had damaged the threading on the wheel hub itself, but they claimed it was just a stripped lug post. My trusted local mechanic showed me photographic evidence that the hub itself was damaged. And obviously it wasnt damaged before since all 20 of the lug posts around on the 4 wheels were perfectly fine before I had them switch my wheels earlier today. At this point I have severe trust issues with the technicians at this Costco Tire Center. I will not be bringing my car here ever again, and I strongly recommend that you also avoid having your vehicle serviced here.

We have purchased tires from Costco for years. But anytime we need something other than new tires the shop is a fail. Today was a breaking point. We called ahead to say we had a nail in the tire. They said they were busy but if we came at noon they could squeeze us in. They knew we were waiting and we came back up numerous times to check on the progress, this is a quick job typically. After 3 hours of waiting, and rude service, we finally asked for our keys to leave. They hadn't even pulled the car into a bay. We spoke to a manager who assured us if we stayed they'd get it done right away, another hour passed before the job was complete. 4 hours and change! It's insane. We should have left after the first hour, we've never been treated so disrespectfully. If they couldn't fit us in they should have told us, but they said "come at noon and we'll squeeze you in".
