Brett did an amazing job finding us a home in this crazy hot housing market. He was knowledgeable and educated in tactics to increase our chances in winning a bid with out putting us at risk or uncomfortable situations. He was flexible and readily available. It took us almost a year to find "our home" and he never gave up on us and remained patient throughout the process. Brett listened to our wants and needs and never pushed anything on us or showed us houses our of our price range. Truly happy with the Outcome.
