Can not recommend Tim enough! He walked me through the process as a first time buyer and made everything so easy and understandable! Always quick to respond and get things done! Will be using him in the future as well!!

We cant thank Tim enough for everything he has done for us from selling our property to buying our first home! The amount of effort and time Tim put into walking us through our entire process is unbelievable. He was always available to provide us with the information that we needed and knowledge of the market to make the right decision. As first-time buyers, we didnt know all of the questions we should be asking (or dos and donts) and he would proactively provide this information, which made us feel like we were walking through the steps with eyes wide open. Tim was always available for questions, showings and any advice we needed. We cant wait to do business again with him in the future!

Tim was fantastic. He answered my non-stop questions accurately and quickly and was very knowledgeable about the process from start to finish. I would recommend Tim to anyone looking for a smooth home buying/selling process.
