        I usually go to the location on 44th street but my son was extremely sick and needed to be seen asap. So they gave me an appointment here. I ended up having to turn around and go back home because my son used the bathroom and it leaked through his clothes (part of what was wrong with him) and I was 3 minutes late and they wouldnt see him. Very rude. Would never recommend this location ever

        Very unprofessional, unorganized, and without a doubt nothing like University of Michigan Ann Arbor! Dont think they communicate with anyone or read anything. They definitely dont check your accounts when you do check-in online! Do yourselves a favor and go somewhere else. Or better yet go to the University of Michigan Ann Arbor for quality care. This place is not it!
