They don't ever stop calling if you choose to go a different route. They call me multiple times a day, every day, for weeks now. Getting to be harrasment level.

I was looking for cheaper rates when I found coach life insurance. I called and discussed rates with Matt which started my policy for me. He went threw detail and made sure I knew what I was getting and it was what I wanted. He wasn't selling me insurance he cared and made sure I was taken care of. I recently called back and also spoke with Joel. Same situation took as much time as needed and explained to me in detail what I needed to do. These guys are phenomenal and I can't recommend them enough. Great prices and they care about you and will make sure you are taken care of.

the insurance agent sarah, was very personable an informative an has alot of patience. before she did anything she made me aware of everything she was doing even when it cane to my account info an I so appreciate that. she has patience because im very old school when it comes to doing things via the cell phone.sarahs customer service was fantastic, i appreciate her helping, I had some questions 8/17/22 the office manager called me back an answered my questions, I appreciate taking my message with urgency, great team , coach light insurance.
