Badger Window Cleaning LLC

It pains me to write this review. I had these guys clean my windows and gutters last year and they did a decent job, with some minor concerns that were subsequently addressed acceptably. This year I decided to get them in again, so I got in touch with Sam and requested their service. They agreed to do the job but rescheduled me over four times during the course of the next two months and eventually ended up just never coming out. I couldn't figure out what was going on with them. If they were too busy for the job at my place, a simple phone call or email would have been just fine with me. Instead, every time I contacted them they pretended they had forgotten my job and would reschedule again, and then fail to show up again. Their actions prevented me from getting someone else scheduled to do the work and caused considerable anguish with my wife, who just wanted to get the work done. I can only surmise that our ethnicity (African American) played a part in their responses to our requests.

Badger Window Cleaning was timely, did an excellent job on the interior and exterior of a large residential home, and had great communication! Definitely recommend.

Did an excellent job. Very professional, polite and well mannered. He showed up and was on time! Very reasonably priced. We will definitely use their services again. Highly recommend!

We were very impressed with the work of Josiah and crew. They are thorough, professional, friendly, and thankfully will be cleaning our windows again this month.
