        They come out and started throwing everything away. Even dog tags from the military. The boss lady was very rude. Then billed for things they never done.

        We had never experienced a pipe breaking in our home. Matt and Sam came out and took great care of us. They explained everything they did and put heaters, fans, and dehumidifiers to dry the flooring. They explained what they were doing and why. They stopped back several times to check on us. Also took away all the damaged materials, leaving no mess. We appreciated them very much. Services: Mold inspection, Water damage-related cleanup & repair

        We had water damage in our kitchen and basement. ServiceMaster sent Dylan and Colton out the same day. They worked for several hours, explaining what was being done to mitigate the damage from the water. They returned a few times to check the progress and move machines around to insure everything was dry. We were always contacted in advance to check on our availability. They left everything neat and clean. We highly recommend ServiceMaster, especially Dylan and Colton, if you ever have the need for remediation services! Service: Flood cleanup

        Dylan & the ServiceMaster team were top notch throughout our water damage related issues!! They were there to clean up, pack up our belongings, determine damage, deal with the insurance company & then unpack our belongings. All along they continued to keep us updated on the process & check in with us. We couldnt have asked for a better team! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!!
