        Westmaas does not take care of their employees well. My friend with 5 kids was guaranteed 50 hours, that was the min needed to make his bills. 2 weeks in cut him down to 40. He had to get a second job... in addition to taking schooling in the evenings. When he went to church for financial help, they asked him to check the market for his worth, found out he was being very underpaid. Westmaas fired him immediately upon learning he had an interview. absolutely insane. Job applicants beware.
