Worst urgent care EVER!!! Two visits with in a couple of weeks and both times left with no information, no treatment, no medication. Nothing helpful. Take my money and don't provide any assistance. I do not recommend going there for anything. Not even a bandaid. They won't help!!

I went to the urgent care here and it was fantastic! I got right in. The staff was extremely kind. The provider that I worked with was very knowledgeable. She was patient and explained what my next steps should be in detail. She did this all with a smile and a caring attitude. If I need urgent care services again I will be sure to go here .

Dear Trinity Health Urgent Care Center I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and concern regarding the treatment my son and I received during our recent visit to the Trinity Health Urgent Care Center. Upon arrival, my son was brought in to have his head, nose and leg checked out due to an injury sustained at school. However, our experience with one of the nurses, Liz, was nothing short of distressing. Lizs behavior was not only rude and disrespectful but also confrontational towards both my son and me. She aggressively demanded that we put away our phones before the doctors arrival, despite there being no official cell phone policy in place, as confirmed by the doctor himself. When I addressed this discrepancy with the doctor, he assured me that there was no such policy and expressed his intention to rectify the situation by asking Liz to apologize. Shockingly, Liz refused to comply and instead escalated the matter by involving HR, demonstrating a blatant disregard for the professionalism and respect that should be extended to patients. This incident is not isolated, as it reflects a pattern of behavior exhibited by Liz. I am left questioning whether her actions are indicative of discriminatory practices, particularly considering her selective enforcement of policies and her refusal to apologize for her misconduct. Furthermore, I was appalled by the dismissive response I received when I attempted to raise my concerns with another staff member. Dismissing my experience as a fabrication without any investigation further exacerbates the lack of accountability within your organization. As stated in Trinity Healths mission to excel at meeting the needs of the whole person through the provision of quality healthcare and health-related services, I must emphasize that Lizs behavior egregiously violated this mission. Instead of providing compassionate care, she subjected us to unnecessary stress and disrespect. While I commend the professionalism of the doctor who attended to my son, I cannot overlook the detrimental impact of Lizs conduct on our overall experience. If Trinity Health is committed to upholding its mission, urgent action must be taken to address and rectify such unacceptable behavior. In conclusion, I implore you to thoroughly investigate this matter, take appropriate disciplinary action against Liz, and implement measures to prevent similar incidents in the future. Additionally, I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss this issue further and provide any additional information that may assist in resolving this matter. Thank you for your attention to this urgent matter. Sincerely, Demi Major

This clinic is an absolute disgrace. I have been dealing with this harassment situation for over a year. I went here in December, 2022 for a physical. I was not impressed with the doctor I saw for various reasons, during the visit he made mention of labs, I said I was not going to do them at that time. Fast forward a couple months, I get a letter stating that I have overdue labs. I thought it was a mistake and disregarded it. Fast forward to now, I have received 6 of those letters. I have also received 5 MyChart messages, 4 from the same nurse. That same nurse yesterday (3/04) made a "Telephone Visit" in my MyChart history where she stated that she tried to call me, but I did not answer, and she could not leave a message. I got no call yesterday, and yes, my voicemail works and my phone number is still current in MyChart. I have called this clinic multiple times trying to explain to someone everytime that I did not order labs. I even told one that I was not coming back to Trinity. Nothing has worked. I'm really finding it weird how hellbent this place is on getting me in to get labs done. I don't know how clearer I can make it that I am NOT coming back to Trinity!
