Nothing Bundt Cakes

I dont really usually like most cake. I think I ate half of this one.

I wish a ZERO STAR rating was an option. My friend was treated with high disregard for a simple request for frosting! She is moving her wedding to this Saturday (originally next year) due to her father being put into hospice care with a short expectancy for life. ALL that she asked was for the center of her cake to be filled with frosting to be able to hold the wedding centerpiece and was willing to pay extra for the frosting (her fiancs favorite, by the way) and was told NO we cant do that and was then disconnected by hang up! I believe that there is something wrong with this. Im sure that I am not alone here! Good luck to you in Granville!

Bought my first cake today for my friends birthday. Oh. My. Goodness. So delicious! Well worth the drive from Norton Shores but we need a store here!

Wishing I could give A ZERO STARS! My dear friend unfortunately received the news her father was going into hospice and had under 2 weeks before he would eventually pass. Well, she moved her wedding date up(so obviously dad could attend) to Saturday. She has gluten allergy so always raves about these Bundt cakes and her fiancee LOVES the frosting. She calls them up this afternoon and asks very kindly if they could fill the center with frosting so she could put her cake topper in the middle. Mind you, she is so distraught but also putting this wedding together and trying to make it as special as possible...well her request was met with "No we do not do that and no we will not consider it". Then, she is trying to explain why she was asking and was told "hmm ok have a great day! with the click of the hang up. She was crying and couldn't understand why people were like that. We called the 28th street location and within 5 minutes she is getting her cake with only $2 upcharge. My question is why treat a loyal and great customer with such rude, obnoxious and disrespect. Now, she will never return and neither will the 300 guests from her wedding. Maybe all of you should take a lesson and FILL YOUR HOLES!

I'm astounded by the lack of empathy by your staff members. I called to order a cake for my wedding this Saturday. This is a wedding that is spur of the moment due to my terminally ill father being put on hospice. Nothing Bundt Cakes is my fianc and my favorite. He LOVES the frosting. I figured it would be really nice if I could get his favorite red velvet filled with extra frosting. I asked the associate if I could do this and I'm willing to pay any additional fees to do so, she said that is nothing they have done nor would they be willing to try. I then proceeded to explain why this is such an important cake and there was nothing but silence. I told her I would just have to call another facility and she said fine, have a nice day, and hung up. The other facility I called was the 28th St. location. I was greeted with nothing but respect and care for this extra special occasion and they are granting my request for only a $2 add on. In a world where we are divided every single day, I would've hoped for some empathy regarding this extremely difficult time.
