I took my F-150 M&T Auto to figure out why it was running rough sometimes because they had good reviews, and it's close. They quoted me $6,000 for a whole new engine. I then took it here, just around the corner, for a second opinion, and they told me roughly $1,000 for new vvt solenoids, and the truck has been running perfectly for about a month now. The people I talked to were also nice and helpful, and they got the truck done as soon as they could get the parts in.

Friendly and Professional, they squeezed me in to rehang and attach my exhaust system that had fallen off. I was there for about 30mins and they got it all patched up

Thank you! My daughter who attends school in the area called last week to inform me she thought something major was going on with her car. Living 3 hours away I could not have her drive it to my local mechanic. I called Parkers and they were able to look at the car only a few hours after I called and diagnosed it. They made sure it was safe to drive and scheduled an appointment a few days later. I cant say enough how grateful I am with making sure my daughter was taking care of. Their professionalism and value shined through. I feel a lot better knowing we have someone we can trust in West Michigan.

Quoted me price. Showed for appointment & they didn't want to honor quote & never ordered part. Argued with me. Will never go back. Poor customer service.
