        I bought some Hunter-Douglass blinds from The Shade Shop 12 years ago. One of them recently fell and I could see that a small plastic piece in a bracket had broken. I called the store and Aimee had me text her a photo of the bracket that I needed. She ordered a whole package of that particular bracket from the manufacturer and had them shipped to my home. They arrived in three days and I was not charged. Great customer support!
