      image Scott installed our RO, iron remover, and water softener system. He is an excellent representative of your company. Everyone has been very helpful and courteous. The system installed has been outstanding. Our family has noticed that the water actually feels silky now. The RO system at the kitchen sink is so convenient. The iron remover has been keeping rust stains away. We are very happy with our purchase.

      image Ive called these people 3-4 times to try and cancel my service because we no long live at the address. I am still getting a bill because its in my contract. Im sorry that you guys were booked out almost 2 weeks to come and get the water softener before we moved but how do you expect me to get the softener out!?!? I DONT LIVE THERE ANYMORE! Should NOT be my responsibility and problem that the new home owners didnt sign up with you guys and take care of things on their end. So frustrated. Jack was NO help on the phone either.

      image I have my own water cooler at home and they deliver water to my home and are always polite and nice and helpful. Good to have a company like this when your tap water isnt near as good as the water they bring
