This place blows! Literally no human interaction, nobody to ask questions or check in. You must call a number to check in, leave a voicemail and hope someone hears it. Literally playing Russian roulette with this place. I bet the employees suck just as much as this place does! Let me save you some time, call this number and follow instructions. Go park in the bullpen, no point on pulling in the actual facility.

I advised the shipper that I had a 2nd drop and they reassured me they would get me out in time. Right before finishing the offload, they went on lunch break. I was late to my 2nd delivery which caused me to be late to my next load (pick-up). They dont care about ur time and will lie to u to keep u calm and sitting in place. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate to the drivers time and/or future workday.

They tore up the boxes good not using the forklift properly and being reckless and of course want to write it off as not their mistake. Just another example of lazy and disrespectful. No one really here and nothing going on and it still took hours to get my paperwork. I only had a small delivery. There can't be many reasons that it could have taken that long and I am the only truck here. Lazy and slow. Not sure what else to day and I try to be nice
