I have a mini Cooper Cooper sport, I used to take it to the BMW/Mini Cooper dealer repair shop out on 28th St., but their prices are extremely high when I took it to the German Auto Service their estimate was at least a third last! And they had my car ready in half the amount of time that the other place had suggested. When the car was returned to me, washed, and an excellent condition, the repairs were done extremely well. The service was amazing and what they had estimated it was still several hundred dollars less than what they had predicted. Highly recommend them great group of people that worked there.

Professional and prompt. Drew was very helpful with the process. They diagnosed my passat but didn't end up getting the work done there only because it needed a new motor. But if I end up buying another German vehicle I will definitely bring it here first!
