I had a flat tire and they fixed it. I did call and they told me there was no wait, when I got there 10 minutes later, I had an hour and a half wait which was kinda disappointing. But they did get the job done and I was on my way. I appreciate what these guys do and understand that things can change in a matter of minutes. So bring a book or a game on your phone or phone a friend.

Why even offer appointments if you can't honor them? I had an appointment and arrived early, but my car still didn't even go into the bay until an hour after my appointment time. The salesperson acted as if that was normal. Definitely not going back.

I've been going to a different Discount Tire every year when needing my winter tires put on and taken off. This one had a longer wait even when making an appointment, but that was fine. Right after the appointment, my tire pressure sensor on one tire stopped working. (Before the appointment, they were all working perfectly fine). I took it back in and the technician said it was dead and I had to replace it. He said it happens sometimes and I'd have to pay $63 for a new pressure sensor. If the technicians break someone's TPMS sensor while changing their tires, they should replace it at no cost. Took my car to Rodriguez Tire in Wyoming instead and they were a little cheaper and much faster.
