This place is a scam. The lady will take your money and make an appointment that she has no intention to show up to.

I was supposed to meet the lady (YN) that runs this business at the library for service that she had me pay for first time I met her, but she didnt show up or even call to reschedule. So now not only that she has my money but also all my paperwork that I gave her to file. If you read this please contact me as soon as possible.

They work with the Ottawa County Sobriety Treatment Program. If you're in their treatment program you are mandated to go through New Life. Affordable, but they do not accept any insurance plans, only cash! So not exactly affordable for low income families like mine, when almost any other treatment program in the area will accept health insurance.
