Great customer service from John the Manager. Quick and easy to get in when I first moved to the area and even easier to turn the unit in when it was time to leave. No games or weird clauses in the contract. Price was very reasonable. Overall a great experience.

Hands down, 5+stars!  I have used Kentwood Self Storage several times, and EVERY single time, the customer service is amazing -- the flexibility they offer is outstanding, and they truly go above and beyond to help you. Whether you are downsizing, organizing, moving to another location, need an extra "garage", or storing something meaningful, THIS is the place I will return to every single time!  Thanks, John !!!  You guys are definitely the best!

I rented a unit here for a couple of months while my mother was moving into the apartment complex across the street. This has by far been the most pleasant experience I have had with any business, ever. The price was reasonable and John, the manager, was pleasant, communicative, accommodating, and went out of his way to ensure a smooth process. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
