Update 3-22: Came in to pick up my to go orders. There was only 1 person making orders..Took her 11 minutes to make the 2 subs for the order before mine. While she was working alone the other staff member was worried about the slicer. Forget the customer much more important to ignore them and not help the other person until the received orders were caught up.
I used to like this location. But ever since the ownership changed here it's gone down hill.
Today I ordered 2 subs online. They ignored my request for subs to be cut into 4. And only included 4 napkins even though I asked for extra. And the subs were poorly built. I ordered the Titan turkey for myself. What I got was not very appealing looking as shown in the pictures. No cheese, hardly any toppings even though I asked for extra tomatoes, no green peppers that I requested.
It's a shame that they tried so hard to make their brand better and you get these poorly put together subs.

I'm not sure if there are new owners or what, but it's only the same 2 people working each time I go in and they totally skimp on the veggies and sauces. The subs used to be so good...like a salad with my bread and protein. Not anymore. I'm not one to leave bad reviews because everyone has off days, but 3 times in row? I hope they read this and react accordingly.

They guys they hired last year absolutely suck at making a sandwich and cant take an order to save their life then complain to me that Im taking too long when I just ordered 4 sandwiches rudest staff ever go to any other subway in town and youll get a good sandwich this location is not the place to go march 15th 7pm fire that whole crew

an hour and a half before they're closed "we don't have pizzas, they're frozen" just put it in the oven then??? that was all I wanted so I left empty handed. very sad ngl.
