        Very sketchy company. They do not follow the rules and regulations under the state of Michigan. BEWARE

        Very shady business. Listed a for sale with offers due as of 12/15 then randomly decided to update the offers due to 12/2 with no notice. This is unethical and an illegal practice within the real estate world, but not shocked coming from this business. Many folks wait to see a home closer to the offers due deadline due to having more information on the home to give a more competitive offer. I wouldve seen the house earlier had I known the offer due date was changing (which it cannot). I even called Tom to discuss this and he was EXTREMELY rude, wouldnt allow me to ask questions, combative, then hung up on me. Dont do business with this dude.

        They changed the date that offers were due by 10 days and didn't give interested buyers an opportunity to get an offer in. Owner is refusing to speak with anyone and make this right. Don't work with them.
