Brian Clinger defines perfectly the term REALTOR. Having been in the real estate business 32 years I have high expectations when I use/recommend a fellow REALTOR. Brian exceeded the expectations with his vast knowledge of the local market, professionalism, ability to use the appropriate marketing materials and media. His thoroughness but most importantly treating you as a person and not just another sale are qualities one should always strive to achieve. My husband and I were transitioning into the next chapter of our lives, BUYING A HOUSE. We were recommended to use the services of Brian Clinger, a representative of Coldwell Banker, by friends who he also helped to find their perfect home fit for their family. Our process seemed nerve wracking as we did not come from the area in which we were looking to buy. We were 5 hrs. away and seasonal workers so time management was always a major factor. Brian was so patient and professional. My husband learnt all the little tricks into "what to look for when Buying" from Brian. It seemed like never ending visits to houses that we fell in love with that got out bided and our hopes dropped. Brian, optimistic kept us going to houses and then finally one day the text we waited for came in "IT's YOURS!!!!!!!!" We cant thank Brian enough for all his time and patience.
