Ive now worked with Cory twice. Once purchasing my first home and the other selling my fathers. A lot of homes, Cory personally goes and looks at for you to make sure its what youre looking for. My first house, from the Zillow listing left some to be desired. However, Cory convinced me to look at it and it turned out to be the one. If it wasnt for him, I would have never seen the gone. Now having him help with my fathers estate was a God send. Having the house being on the east side of the state, I was worried about having to drive back and forth. I was wrong. He handled everything from start to finish. Aside from buying and selling homes, Ive gotten to know him on a personal level and consider him one of my close friends. If you want someone who will not only sell your house but go above and beyond, Cory & Green Crown Real Estate is the way to go!

I have now purchased two homes using Cory Maguire, and I won't hesitate to use him again. Cory provides exceptional service, and is always there for his clients. With the market as hot as it is right now, Cory was able to help me find the home of my dreams in Spring Lake Schools. He was able to help me through the negotiation process, and in the end, the terms of my home purchase far exceeded anything I could've hoped for. Cory is an exceptional realtor, but an even better human-being. He truly cares for his clients, and is only out for their best interests.
