Got a text from this this location after an X-ray a few months before. Thought it was possibly a wrong number, but turns out they are the ones who handle the radiology, and in turn billing, for multiple Michigan healthcare locations that seem unrelated. Nancy, I believe was the woman who I talked to over the phone, answered my questions about why I received the message and what to expect for a bill. If you are in the same situation I am in you will receive a paper bill about 1-2 weeks in future after the text to give you options of payment. If you don't want to pay it online thought the link in the text. I cannot comment on insurance or cost just trying to help those confused as to why they got a text from a number in GR when they live else where in the state.

I've never been there or used them, but I keep getting bills from them.

I had a CT scan in Alpena completed on 11/27/23 and as of 12/12/23 it still is not read! When I called to ask why, I was told that different areas are completed differently depending on numbers. I was also told that I would be receiving a bill for them reading the test. This was not told to me at the location I received the test at. I'm filing a state complaint against this company.
